The enemy attacked Ukraine with 60 strike drones "Shahed" and other types of UAVs targeting the regions of Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia.
The air assault was countered by air defense missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 10 AM, the downing of 36 strike drones of the Shahed type and other types has been confirmed.
Due to the counteractions of the Defense Forces, 23 enemy imitation drones were lost in terms of location.
Near Kyiv, explosions were heard on the night of December 24, and an air alert was declared in the capital due to the movement of an enemy drone towards the city.

The Center added that the threat of missile strikes exists 24/7 since the first day of the full-scale war, which is why the aggressor does not warn about its attacks.
The CPD emphasized that Ukrainians should remember not to ignore air raid signals and should only trust official sources.
