Russian media and authorities report a massive drone attack on Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation, including the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant.

According to Russian Telegram channels and the regional governor Igor Artemov, the area has experienced a substantial UAV assault.

Artemov mentioned that power outages have occurred in several districts of Lipetsk.

"Twelve explosions were heard in the industrial part of Lipetsk. Locals report that drones have been attacking the city of Yelets since 03:30, with residents hearing many 'bangs and buzzing'," the Russian Telegram channel Mash reported.

Mash also released video footage, likely recorded by local residents, featuring air raid sirens over the night city along with the sounds of explosions.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian air defense forces destroyed 83 drones overnight: 37 over the Belgorod region, 12 each over the Kursk and Lipetsk regions, three over Kaluga, Smolensk, and Voronezh, and one over Rostov.

Earlier reports indicated that the Izmail district in the Odessa region was subjected to a drone attack on the night of February 13.

This was disclosed by the head of the Odessa regional administration, Oleg Kiper.

He stated that as a result of the enemy attack, port infrastructure and a non-operational educational institution were damaged.

Shrapnel damaged a car in which a woman was present; she sustained a shrapnel wound to her thigh and has been hospitalized in moderate condition.
