The Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Kharkiv, resulting in the deaths of four individuals and significant material losses. Several residential buildings and vehicles were destroyed and damaged in the attack. Firefighting efforts have already concluded, but emergency rescue operations are ongoing.
The mayor of Kharkiv reported that Russian occupiers hit a civilian building with a hybrid missile “Grom-E1,” leading to destruction and casualties. The enemy has focused on terrorist strikes against the city, targeting residential areas and symbols of Kharkiv. Residents are urged to exercise caution and respond attentively to air raid signals.
Meanwhile, in Kyiv's Solomensky district, a gas pipe on the facade of a nine-story residential building was ruptured, causing a fire in a shop. As a result of the fire, three parked vehicles also caught fire. Five individuals sought medical assistance, with one person hospitalized.
Furthermore, the city of Kryvyi Rih was also under attack. As a result of a missile strike by Russian occupying forces on Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region on the evening of October 28, one person was killed, and four others were injured. The attack was carried out using a ballistic missile that struck a densely populated area.
Due to the strike, an apartment building was almost completely destroyed, and 20 other residential buildings, a medical facility, a school, office spaces, and shops were damaged. The deceased was a 39-year-old man who died from a traumatic brain injury. Among the injured, 14 individuals were reported, 10 of whom were hospitalized.
