Zelensky shared details about military contracts for youth aged 18-24.

He mentioned this during a briefing with the President of the European Investment Bank, Nadia Calvino, according to UNIAN.

According to Zelensky, the official details of the contract will be presented "tomorrow or the day after, in the next 2-3 days." However, he disclosed that under the contract, Ukrainians will be able to earn one million hryvnias within a year.

After one year of service, they will be able to study at any higher educational institution at the state's expense. Additionally, the government will cover all mortgage interest for such contract soldiers.

At the same time, Zelensky added that there is still "a lot more" in the contract.

Recall that in the internal "resilience plan" of President Volodymyr Zelensky, the second point regarding the front involves changing management approaches in the army.

According to this, the military leadership is to present a new system of contracts for citizens who have not yet reached mobilization age. The president stated that this way, individuals who cannot be mobilized by law yet will have the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities. Their contracts will include motivational elements.

At the end of January, Deputy Head of the President's Office Pavlo Palisa mentioned that the reform for recruiting people under 25 into the army is at the final stage of development. It allegedly includes financial incentives, clear guarantees of training, and measures to ensure dialogue between soldiers and their commanders.
