It has been preliminarily established that on January 12, at 21:30, an employee of the establishment refused to serve a visitor, an active serviceman, while they were conversing. A video of this incident was later shared on social media.
In connection with this, the police have initiated a criminal case under the article for gross violation of public order with motives of blatant disrespect for society. All circumstances are being investigated, as reported by the communications department of the Kyiv police.
As the serviceman recounted on social media, he entered the restaurant to have a coffee. However, he was denied entry, citing a management ban on serving military personnel.
