The Telegram channel "Caution, News" posted a video of the shelled "Ural" and a photograph of a deceased individual in military uniform. They state that the truck belongs to military unit No. 6779, which is stationed in the city of Urus-Martan.
According to local residents, the assailants who fired at the vehicle managed to escape.
As noted by the Telegram channel Baza, the attack occurred around noon near the village of Petropavlovskaya, not far from Grozny.
The propaganda agency TASS, citing the National Guard, reported in the evening on October 24 that the attackers are still being sought.
