He expressed gratitude to Trump for his "interest in what we can accomplish together."
The conversation also covered Zelensky's discussion with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, the preparation of a new security agreement, and economic and resource cooperation. For his part, President Trump revealed details of his conversation with Putin.
"Ukraine desires peace more than anyone. We are defining our joint steps with America to stop Russian aggression and ensure a reliable, lasting peace. As President Trump said, let's get it done," stated Zelensky.
They agreed on further contacts and meetings.

The U.S. President added that they discussed various topics related to the war, but primarily focused on the meeting scheduled for February 14 in Munich, where Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will be present.
