The most notorious absentees turned out to be a representative of "UDAR" and a member of the "Holos" faction
The team from “In the Shadow of the Chestnut” analyzed the attendance statistics of Kyiv City Council deputies at plenary sessions for 2024.
At least three deputies did not attend any of the 16 plenary sessions throughout the year. These are representatives of the "Holos" faction, Oleksandr Linchevskyi and Alina Mykhailova, as well as "UDAR" member Volodymyr Honcharov.

“While Alina Mykhailova's absence is understandable – she is a paramedic and military personnel – questions arise regarding the other deputies,” the journalists noted.
Additionally, independent deputy Yuliya Syunina missed 14 out of 16 sessions, while former OPZZh member Mykhailo Tsarenko and Bohdana Tymoschuk ("Batkivshchyna") missed 13 each. Oleksandr Shovkovskyi ("UDAR") missed 12, Maksym Nefyodov ("Holos") missed 10, and both Oleksandr Pohrebyskyi and Pavlo Boychenko ("European Solidarity") missed 9.

Only half of the total plenary sessions of the Kyiv City Council were attended by Kostiantyn Brovchenko ("Yednist"), Kateryna Hlymbovska ("Batkivshchyna"), Oleksandr Popov (former OPZZh), and Vadym Storozhuk ("European Solidarity").

Twenty-six deputies set records for the number of attended plenary sessions. Among them are Andrii Vitrenko ("Servant of the People"), Volodymyr Bondarenko (as the secretary of the Kyiv City Council), "UDAR" members Viktor Hlushko, Dmytro Bilotserkovets, Dmytro Kalinichenko, Kateryna Kyrychenko, and Mykhailo Terentiev, Yurii Zubko ("Batkivshchyna"), and Volodymyr Kravets (former OPZZh).
