This is mentioned in a note from a North Korean special forces soldier, which was disseminated by the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine.
North Korean Special Operations soldier Heng Hong Jong states that the "vital task" for the armed forces of the DPRK is "readiness in case of war."
"The most important of them (fronts) is the front of anti-imperialist and class struggle, and the foremost task is combat readiness," his notes indicate.
He further points out that it is essential to be a battalion that commits "not just in words," but one that can act and fight immediately upon receiving orders.
"To prepare versatile battalions that can flawlessly accomplish any task even at the cost of death—that is the goal that every battalion in our armed forces must achieve, that embodies the spirit of this congress," Jong is convinced.
