Russians launched over 80 drones across Ukraine, with most being intercepted by air defense systems.

On the night of February 10, Russian military forces launched an attack on Ukraine using 83 strike drones of the Shahed type, along with various types of decoy drones. Defense forces successfully intercepted 61 of these UAVs.

This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The occupiers launched their drones from various locations within Russia: Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Bryansk, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk.

The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As of 9:00 AM, the downing of 61 Shahed drones and other types of UAVs has been confirmed in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.

Additionally, 22 enemy imitation drones were lost in the area (without negative consequences).

As a result of the enemy attack, the Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Kirovohrad regions were affected.

Specifically, a Russian drone struck a parking lot in one of the residential neighborhoods of Sumy on the evening of February 9.

In the Poltava community, debris from a drone fell on a dacha cooperative, damaging 30 dacha plots, reports the OVA. A vehicle tent also caught fire there.
