This was reported during a national telethon by the head of the Toretsk RGA, Vasily Chinchik.
According to him, in the past 24 hours, the enemy has not made any advances in the city. Currently, there are 1,150 civilians remaining in Toretsk. Chinchik notes that there is an opportunity for evacuation from the city.
“If people are leaving, they should have documents that verify their identity. However, many do not even have those because they were either burned, left in basements, or are still in apartments. Yesterday, seven people were evacuated from the community, three with the help of the National Police, and four with the assistance of military personnel,” said the head of the Toretsk RGA.
Vasily Chinchik also mentioned that evacuations only occur during specific time intervals when security conditions and weather allow.
According to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian forces, supported by aviation, carried out eight attacks. Their efforts were concentrated in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbinivka.
