This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In total, 52 Shahed-type drones were shot down in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Additionally, 44 hostile Russian drones, which were decoys and did not carry warheads, disappeared from radar, while one headed towards Belarus.
According to the Air Forces, private enterprises, apartment buildings, and civilian property were damaged in the Kherson, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, and Kyiv regions. Preliminary reports indicate there were no fatalities, and assistance is being provided to the injured.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that in one of the settlements in the region, debris caused a fire on the roof of a 25-story residential building. There were no injuries, and the fire has been contained.
In the Sumy region, as a result of falling debris, an office space caught fire in one community, while private houses and a non-residential building were damaged in another. A total of 12 "Shaheds" were destroyed over the Sumy region.
