On the night of October 11, the Russian army struck Ukraine again, particularly in the Odessa region, where a rocket attack resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including a teenager.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
The attack was carried out using "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles targeting civilian infrastructure, leading to the destruction of a two-story building that housed employees of a private enterprise, as well as a production facility. Three people were killed, and ten were injured, four of whom are in critical condition.
The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, noted that emergency services managed to rescue four individuals from the rubble. Psychologists also provided support to local residents, as many were in shock. Currently, an investigation is underway regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
Meanwhile, on the morning of October 11, loud explosions were heard in the Khmelnytskyi region due to the activation of the air defense system. The Ukrainian Air Force reported a threat from drones approaching from neighboring regions towards Starokostiantyniv.
Subsequently, the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Tyurin, informed that air defense forces had destroyed three enemy Shahed-type drones. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries or fatalities; however, the air raid alert persisted from the morning, starting at 07:11.
