Journalists from the YouTube project "In the Shadow of the Chestnut" conducted an investigation
Last week, right in the heart of Kyiv, at the residence of Kyiv's mayor Vitali Klitschko, law enforcement uncovered a brothel operating under the guise of a nightclub “Tootsie”.

“Everyone knew that this establishment belonged to Klitschko (Vladimir, – ed.) and Palatny. This den is a brothel. It’s not just a strip club. Everyone knew that you could order the services of prostitutes there. The mayor is so far gone that he is openly involved in running a brothel”, — commented veteran, activist, and lawyer Oleg Symoroz to reporters.
Of course, the fact that the mayor of Kyiv lives in the building where the brothel was set up does not make him directly responsible for it. But…
“The operators, under the pretense of offering jobs as dancers at the club, lured women in and then coerced them into providing sexual services to clients under threat. More than 30 women worked at the establishment under constant surveillance and pressure from the perpetrators,” — states a report from the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region.
This raises the question: how could all of this happen literally under the mayor's nose? In the very building where he lives and returns to every evening from work?
