This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
UAVs were launched from the directions of Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk, which are located in Russia. This aerial assault was countered by the anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 9:00 AM, the downing of 25 "Shaheds" and drones of other types has been confirmed in Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, and Lviv regions.
Additionally, 27 enemy mimic drones have been lost in terms of location (without negative consequences).
In the Kyiv region, debris from the UAV destroyed a private house in Brovary. There, a couple lost their lives. In the Fastiv district, the occupiers damaged a 10-story building, resulting in the death of a 36-year-old man.
Moreover, the Russians targeted private houses in one of the villages of the Chernihiv region with a drone, as reported by the OVA. Houses and a car were damaged.
As stated by the head of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, in the village of Podbortsі of the Lviv community, the Russian attack also damaged a house, creating a crater nearby. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
