This was reported by the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian soldiers participating in the operation in the Kursk region of Russia discovered documents belonging to three deceased soldiers from North Korea.

The military IDs lack any seals or photographs. The place of birth for the North Korean soldiers is listed as the Republic of Tuva.

The names and patronymics are written in a Russian format. For instance, Kim Kan Solat Albertovich, Dongnk Jan Suropovich, and Belek Aganak Kap-oovich. However, according to decrypted data, the actual names of the deceased North Koreans are Ban Guk Jin, Lee De Hyuk, and Jo Ch’ol Ho.

Moreover, the signatures of the document holders are in Korean, indicating the genuine origin of these soldiers.

Previously, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Russians are "literally burning" the faces of deceased North Korean soldiers to conceal their presence. They also prohibited showing their faces during training sessions, which they attempted to keep secret.

According to South Korean intelligence, at least 100 North Korean soldiers have died, and nearly 1,000 have been injured.

The command of the Special Operations Forces reported that within just three days, one crew from the 8th Special Purpose Regiment named after Prince Iziaslav Mstislavich eliminated 77 soldiers in the Kursk region and injured over 40. Additionally, 12 vehicles, 3 buggies, and an armored personnel carrier were destroyed.
