The government has authorized the booking of 100% of medical personnel from state and municipal healthcare institutions, as well as prosecutors from the SAP. In the case concerning the murder of a military official in the Poltava region, two men have been named as suspects. Zelensky on Negotiations Without Ukraine: It's Very Dangerous

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with the Associated Press, warned U.S. President Donald Trump against negotiating a resolution to the war in Ukraine involving Moscow but excluding Kyiv.

At the same time, he noted that Ukraine is closer to peace now than at any time during nearly three years of full-scale war.

The head of state also reiterated that Kyiv supports the idea of sending European peacekeepers, but only as one of several security options, not the sole solution.

Murder of Military Recruitment Officer: Two Men Charged

Law enforcement reported suspicions against two residents of the Poltava region in connection with the murder of a military recruitment officer at a gas station in Pyriatyn.

Meanwhile, the commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Mykhailo Drapaty, condemned the murders of military personnel from territorial recruitment centers. He considers this a "red line that must not be crossed."

Explosion Near Recruitment Center in Pavlohrad

An explosion occurred near the recruitment center and social protection office in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. Preliminary reports indicate that one person was injured. The recruitment center stated that they are cooperating with the police for a "swift clarification of all details."

Zelensky Responds to Conflict in Defense Procurement Agency

President Volodymyr Zelensky has commented for the first time on the conflict surrounding the change of leadership at the Defense Procurement Agency. He believes that Defense Minister Rustem Umerov "has the right to make any decisions necessary for the uninterrupted supply of weapons" to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Government Allows 100% Reservation of Medical Workers and SAP Prosecutors

The Cabinet of Ministers approved 100% reservation for medical workers in state and communal health institutions, as well as prosecutors from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

Previously, critical medical institutions could reserve only up to 50% of conscripted men.

GDB: Prisoners Tortured and Killed in Poltava Region Colony

In the Bozhkovska Correctional Colony No. 16 in the Poltava region, staff tortured and killed prisoners, as reported by the State Bureau of Investigations.

According to the GDB, nearly all victims were first-time inmates. The investigation revealed that newcomers were threatened and beaten until their will was broken, forcing them to comply unconditionally with any orders from the institution's administration.
