The building has become a true work of art
In the capital's Vynogradar district, artists have adorned the facade of the animal shelter "DvorNyashkam Dim" with an original, vibrant mural.
This was reported on their social media page by the staff of the zoo shelter.
“Our center is now not just a building — it is a genuine work of art that radiates warmth, kindness, and calls for care… It serves as a beacon of humanity, inspiring people to not walk by, to be compassionate, and to help those in need… This is the voice of those who are waiting for love and care,” wrote the animal caretakers.
They expressed hope that this artwork would be another step towards change in society.
According to animal rights activists, the mural was created by Vladyslav Pavlenko and Heorhii Kozlov, who collaborated with the renowned Kyiv artist Yevheniia Fullen.
As a reminder, several dozen decorative rats were found in the entrance of one of the high-rise buildings in Kyiv, intentionally abandoned by their owner.
