Why does the Mayor of Kyiv need a large group of advisors working on a voluntary basis, many of whom have a questionable past?
For some reason, the mayor prefers to remain silent on this matter, despite media attention. What do Kyiv residents know about the potentially creative, innovative, and professional advice these individuals provide to the mayor? Nothing at all; it's all shrouded in mystery. The mayor never discusses this publicly.
All of Klitschko's advisors do not receive a salary for their work. Officially, they do not. However, developers and Klitschko's friends may benefit from resolving various issues and lobbying interests.
The list of advisors includes notorious figures, whose place is more likely in the dock than in politics. The paradox is that this individual, who is supposed to be an expert on legal matters, has legal issues of his own and is wanted by the NABU. According to the investigation, the Member of Parliament of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 8th convocation) Logvynskyi developed and implemented a scheme to misappropriate budget funds amounting to 54 million hryvnias from the state budget through the company "Golden Mandarin Oil" between 2013 and 2016.
