Analysts conducted a study

During the five years of the IX convocation of the Verkhovna Rada, members of parliament spoke from their seats and the parliamentary podium over 37,000 times. However, there are 22 elected officials who have never publicly spoken under the parliamentary dome.

The relevant data from the study is provided by RUKH CHESNO.

It is noted that these deputies did not even register to speak, for instance, to pass the word to someone else.

Among the notable figures are Serhiy and Yuliya Lyovochkin, Vasyl Virastyuk, and Vadym Stolar.

It is worth mentioning, among the parliamentary "speakers" the former speaker of parliament, independent Dmytro Razumkov, maintains an undeniable lead with a total speaking time of nearly 27 hours. In second place is member of parliament from "European Solidarity," Oleksiy Honcharenko, who spoke for 25 hours over five years. Rounding out the top three is the leader of "Batkivshchyna," Yuliya Tymoshenko, with a speaking time of nearly 24 hours.
