Russian forces launched an attack on Kyiv overnight, resulting in one fatality and several injuries.

This was reported by Emergency Situations Service, Kiev City Administration, and the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.

As a result of the shelling, debris falls and damage have been recorded in various areas of the city.

In the Obolon district, two office buildings were damaged. A fire broke out from the 7th to the 1st floor in one of them. One person has died.

Updated at 7:24. It is also known that there are at least four injured, including a 9-year-old girl. She has been hospitalized by medical personnel.

In the Holosiivskyi district, firefighters battled a large fire in a two-story warehouse building covering 600 square meters.

In the Svatoshynskyi district, debris falls were recorded, along with a fire on the roof of a nine-story building. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

A fire occurred on the roof of a multi-apartment building in the Solomianskyi district.

Klitschko also reported a fire at one of the private enterprises in the Darnytskyi district.

Currently, more than 80 rescuers and 17 units of firefighting equipment are working at the incident sites.
