Reactions from Neighboring Countries

One of the cruise missiles was moving towards Chernivtsi from the territory of Moldova, reported the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Monitoring channels clarify that the Russian missile traveled 140 km through Moldova and Romania—from the Yampol area to the northernmost Romanian district of Darabani, entering Chernivtsi Oblast in Ukraine.

The Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Poland announced that it had raised its aviation due to a further aerial attack from Russia, which may target facilities in western Ukraine.

"Measures have been taken to ensure safety in the areas adjacent to the threatened territories," they stated.
