This was announced by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, as reported by the Guardian.

According to him, these agreements were reached after discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French leader Emmanuel Macron. Additionally, one or two more countries may join this effort.

Starmer emphasized that if an agreement is reached, it "needs to be safeguarded," as the worst outcome would be a violation of the agreements by Russia.

"This has happened in the past. I believe this is a real risk, and therefore we must ensure that if an agreement is made, it is a long-term agreement, not just a temporary pause," the British Prime Minister noted.

It is worth mentioning that on March 2, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is set to host leaders from over a dozen European countries at a summit in the UK to discuss Russia's war against Ukraine and broader European security.

The meeting of European leaders will continue the summits held on February 17 and 19, organized by French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris.
