According to her, among the implemented properties are the apartment of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Yalta, the "Europe" hotel in Alushta, the "One Thousand and One Nights" hotel in Yalta, the "Bakaleia" shopping complex, and others.
Kulinich also stated that as a result of "nationalization," in 2024, the composition of the property management directorate of Crimea increased by more than a thousand objects, including food warehouses, shopping centers, office spaces, cinemas, and more.
As reported by "Crimea. Realities," earlier, the deputy permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, Denis Chistyakov, claimed that last year the occupying authorities of the peninsula "nationalized" the property of 560 individuals and legal entities.
Furthermore, at the end of November 2024, the head of the occupying authority of the peninsula, Sergey Aksyonov, stated that Crimea received 2.7 billion rubles in 2024 from the sale of "nationalized" property.
