Biden condemned the large-scale Russian shelling of Ukraine.

Biden emphasized that such an attack is “outrageous” and serves as another reminder of the “urgency and importance of supporting the Ukrainian people in their defense against Russian aggression”.

“Russia continues to underestimate the courage, resilience, and determination of the Ukrainian people. The United States, along with more than 50 countries, stands with Ukraine in its fight for freedom,” Biden stressed.

Massive Attack on Energy Infrastructure

On the night and morning of November 28, the Russian forces launched a massive attack on Ukraine using missiles and strike drones.

During the attack, Russia recorded 12 hits, primarily targeting facilities in the fuel and energy sector.

In total, the occupiers fired 188 aerial attack means at Ukraine—91 missiles and 97 drones. In particular, civilian infrastructure was hit by Caliber missiles with cluster munitions.
